For each day you select, at approximately 2pm Eastern Time you will be sent an e-mail reminder to vote using the e-mail address you provided when you signed up for every week during the season. If you have already voted before the reminder time on Sunday and Monday, you won't be sent an e-mail. You will always be sent an e-mail on Saturday (if you select that day) because you can not vote until Sunday.
There is a HTML selection option, but for now the message are identical but may not be in the future.
