Preseason Poll: Gut on what the end of the season's poll could look like if teams live up to their potential. It's potential + schedule + which teams I think have the necessary stuff.
Every other week: Body of work, as much as possible. Simple eye test, stats, record...I have no fancy algorithm, just an opinion as unbiased as possible. And my university doesn't have a football team, so no worries there.
